Service Description
regMD is a regulatory classification guidance tool for medical devices. It provides automated classification results, pathway information, and fee estimates across multiple jurisdictions based on user-provided device information.
Payments
- Full classification reports are available for a one-time payment of $99 USD (lifetime access), processed securely by Stripe.
- Payment grants access to a single classification report for the submitted device.
Refund Policy
Classification reports are delivered instantly as digital content. No refunds are available once a report has been generated and delivered. If payment is processed but the report fails to deliver, you are entitled to a full refund — contact support@regmd.dev.
Intellectual Property
Classification reports are provided for the purchaser's internal use. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly publish report contents without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, regMD and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report giving rise to the claim.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: automated scraping, attempting to circumvent access controls or rate limits, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the service or by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
