Service Description
regMD is a regulatory intelligence platform for medical devices. It provides automated classification results, regulatory alerts, market expansion pathways, compliance tracking, and related information across multiple jurisdictions based on user-provided device information.
The service includes web-based access, REST API access, and an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server for integration with AI assistants. All interfaces are subject to these terms.
AI-Generated Content
- Regulatory alerts, action items, compliance obligations, and timeline milestones may be generated or enhanced by artificial intelligence.
- AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information.
- You are solely responsible for verifying all AI-generated content with official regulatory authorities before relying on it for any regulatory submission, business decision, or legal purpose.
API & MCP Server Usage
- API and MCP server access is provided as-is for programmatic integration with your tools and workflows.
- You are responsible for how API/MCP outputs are used, displayed, or redistributed within your systems.
- Rate limits apply: 60 requests per hour for authenticated API access. Abuse may result in access revocation.
- API responses carry the same disclaimers as web-based results — they are guidance, not regulatory advice.
Payments
- regMD offers a Lifetime Deal at $99 USD (one-time payment) for full access to all current and future features, processed securely by Stripe.
- Payment grants lifetime access to the platform including classification, portfolio, alerts, pathways, timeline, compliance tracking, API access, and MCP server usage.
- "Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of the regMD service.
Refund Policy
Access is granted instantly upon payment. No refunds are available once access has been activated. If payment is processed but access fails to activate, you are entitled to a full refund — contact support@regmd.dev.
Intellectual Property
Classification results and reports are provided for the purchaser's internal use. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly publish report contents without prior written consent. API/MCP outputs may be used within your internal tools and workflows.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, regMD and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report giving rise to the claim.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: automated scraping, attempting to circumvent access controls or rate limits, or using the service for any unlawful purpose.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the service or by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
